This brand new development inside the Naturist Quarter was opened in June 2007 and we at CAP-NAT international are delighted to be able to offer our guests a choice of top quality accommodation in this excellent new holiday residence.

It is situated close to the main entry, set in a calm location, adjacent to the Nature Reserve and less than 400m. walking distance to the beach.

TYPE 4 studio - sleeps 4 persons. With a settee double bed (1.30m wide) in the main room which, when folded out, forms a proper double bed at a comfortable hight, and a 'cabine' with two bunk beds.

TYPE 4 apartment - sleeps 4 persons. With seperate double bedroom with a queen sized (1.60m wide) double bed and a settee double bed in the main room.

TYPE 6 apartment - sleeeps 6 person. With two double bedrooms each with a queen sized (1.60m. wide) double bed and a settee double bed in the main room.

All accommodation has the following features:

* Shower & wc; * A fully equipped kitchen with *** fridge, oven and microwave;  * Flat screen sat. tv;   * air conditioning;  * toaster;  * dish-washer;

For the FREE use of the guests there is a heated indoor swimming pool, an open air south facing sun deck, a sauna and a steam room, all located in the pool area on the 1st. floor.

There is also a 'pay for use' fitness centre on the ground floor and the INEO beatuty spa area with jacuzzie on the 2nd. floor.

The property has a day-time reception desk on the ground floor, open from 09.00 to 12.00 and from 17.00 to 20.00, for any assistance you may require.

There are two lifts servicing the residence, with the accommodation located on the 1st. & 2nd. floors.
