ATTENTION : All personal items and effects belonging to the guest are the guest’s responsibility. They are not covered by any other insurance of the building, the owner or the agency representing the owner. It is the responsibility of the tenant to take out insurance for his personal items and belongings, especially against theft.The guest must also have insurance against fire risk and water damage, as well as against any damage to the furniture & fixtures and fittings of the accommodation. Also against any legal action by neighbours. The guest must advise details of his policy on request  by the owner or his representative. The owner and his representative do not accept any responsibility for any legal action that their insurance company may take against the guest in case of any damage.

 

1.    CANCELLATION / LIABILITY RISKS
The guest can opt to accept the CAP-NAT insurance cover for a complete cover of the above items; the cost is 3 % of the total renting amount. This insurance constitutes an indispensable addition to the whole rental contract. If the guest does not wish to take out this cancellation/liability insurance cover, then he must provide a copy of the certificate of his  insurance cover for the above items with a minimum cover for any and all damage & liability responsibility. 


2.   RESERVATION / PAYMENTS

The reservation is accepted only after a deposit payment  of 30% of the total rental amount is received. The balance must be paid no later than one month before arrival. If the balance is not received in good time then you may risk having your reservation cancelled. Bank Transfers within France: Banque Populaire du Sud–Account no. 16607 00237 8021169639 41.

3.    PRICES AND ADDITIONAL COSTS

All rental prices are in Euros and  per week.

These prices include the rental of the selected accommodation and all utilities.

The rental prices do not include: cancellation insurance; the bed linen and towels; the daily holiday tax; the entry card to the naturist village; the final cleaning or the booking fee.

 

4.    RECEPTION AND CHECK IN

Reception: CAP-NAT International, Port Nature, Colline 5, 34300 CAP D’AGDE, FRANCE

Arrivals are on Saturday and the keys are available from 16.00hrs.

For arrival after 19.00hrs. please contact in advance the CAP-NAT reception to organise the out of hours key collection. In this case, the tenant has to pay the balance and the guarantee before arrival.

The key collection takes place at the reception on presentation of the rental contract.

 

5.    OCCUPATION

Upon arrival at your accommodation the inventory list of the unit must be checked, agreed and signed then returned to the CAP-NAT reception within 48 hours.

In the event of late arrival the CAP-NAT reception must be informed in advance by phone. If the guest does not arrive within 48 hours the contract will be considered as cancelled unless advised by guest of any further delay. Cancellation charge will be the full amount of the whole rental.

Any complaints  or anomaly concerning the rented accommodation or the inventory list must be advised within 48 hours of the guest’s arrival. With no complaint within this time then it is presumed by both parties that the flat is clean and fully functional.

The dates of occupation and the departure time must be respected. The keys must be returned to the CAP-NAT reception by 10.00hrs. at the latest on your departure day.

In some flats pets are not allowed. Please confirm if you are bringing a pet.

No refund In case of any premature departure.

 

6.    LITIGE
All legal matters between the parties comes under the jurisdiction of the area in which the rented accommodation are situated.
