BOOKING CONDITIONS

Reservations:
Should be made by telephone, fax or in writing. However, no request for accommodation will be confirmed until we have received a completed booking form, together with your deposit, which must reach us within 10 days of your original request.

Deposit:
A 25% deposit on the cost of the accommodation is necessary.

** For Short Break bookings, Special Offers, Pot Luck Deals, FULL payment is required at time of reservation. 

Balance/Full Payment:
Payment of your balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival. Any later than this may result in the cancellation of your booking.

For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required.

Cautionary Refundable Deposit:
€300,00 Collected upon arrival. Refunded on departure. 

Cancellations:
If, for any reason, you cancel your booking once the deposit/balance has been paid, then the following cancellation fees will apply:

57 days or more:	Loss of deposit
56 to 29 days:	40% of total paid
28 to 15 days:	60% of total paid
14 to 5 day:	90% of total paid
4 days or less	100% of total paid

In the event that you terminate your contract during your stay, there will be no refund due on the unused period.

Insurance:                                                                                                                                                                  We urge that ALL our guests take out a good all inclusive HOLIDAY INSRANCE policy to cover, in particular, for cancellation and accident & emergency medical risks.

Arrival day:
For arrivals on Saturday keys are normally available from 16.00 to 20.00. (Unless by prior arrangement).

For arrivals after 20.00 it will be necessary to make arrangements for the collection for your keys.

For mid week arrivals 16.00 to 18.00. Later than this - By prior arrangement.

Departure day:
The keys for your apartment must be returned to the office by 10.00.

What the Price Includes:
As well as the apartment rental the price includes: all utilities, and a car parking space.

Not Included in the Price of your Accomodation:
The accomodation price does not include: the booking fee; bed linen; local daily tax; entry fee into the Naturist Quarter or the final cleaning of your accomodation.
